Our catering project simply developed from our passion for food and desire to open cultural boarders and give life to new networks. Food is a chance to dissolve separation.

We are specialized in Traditional Syrian, Eritrean, Afghan or Sri Lankan food, from 10 to 3000 people, from a simple apéritif to a full three course meal we are flexible to suit the needs.

The wild lemon kitchen is a hub for exchange, spices and herbs and our dishes are bursting with life and taste. They are healthy and environmentally sensitive.

Our kitchen atelier is currently based in the Kientalerhof Seminar Hotel in Kiental BE.

Kientalerhof  offers numerous classes, workshops and a unique setting for touching encounterings. It’s located in a remote alpine valley surrounded with beautiful peaks and wild animals.
